HomeSeats is an independent online retailer of office, gaming and executive chairs from the brands named on each product page. We are not a manufacturer. We operate online only, without a showroom. Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partners in the United States.

Shipping

Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in the United States. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states: processing takes 2–5 business days and transit 2–5 business days (Monday to Saturday), for an estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days. Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for new or slightly used chairs. Return shipping is free using the free prepaid label included in your package, there is no restocking fee, and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for defective and non-defective chairs in new or slightly used condition. Approved refunds are received within 10 calendar days of our receiving the returned chair. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Product authenticity

Every chair we sell is new and genuine, from the manufacturer named on its product page. Read more on Product Authenticity & Sourcing.

Secure payments

Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Accepted methods are listed on Payment Methods.
